The integrative modality Be Set Free Fast™ (BSFF) and other therapeutic approaches offered by Alfred Heath, while anecdotally established to be generally supportive of well-being and the natural psychotherapeutic potentials of the mind and body, include the novel combination and synthesis  of elements from several psychotherapy approaches (most of which have their own evidence base when applied alone) that have not been independently verified through controlled research studies as being as or more effective than when these methods are applied in their native modalities.

The use of BSFF as an integrative intervention should be understood experimental application of elements drawn from multiple modalities, not all of which are evidence based per the definition set by the American Psychological Association.

The confidence in which Alfred Heath, MA, LPC holds the general effectiveness of these modalities of psychotherapy and coaching, while also endorsed by a number of fellow professionals fields of psychology, psychiatry, psychotherapy, mental health counseling, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy and coaching who practice integrative, holistic, complementary and alternative methods, may not be shared by a majority of colleagues in the these helping professions. Moreover, not all techniques used in these methods may be scientifically validated.

 

Although witnessed and reported effects of BSFF, i.e. anecdotal evidence, are sincerely believed to be valid and therapeutic, they are based at least partially upon unproven theories whose scientific or theological basis is disputed. While there is an emerging evidence base for the principles underpinning the novel synthesis of interventions that BSFF represents, it is still regarded as experimental and innovative and are not recommended by any widely recognized regulatory healthcare organization.

Those who are seeking help with physical illness, injury, or mental health conditions are advised to consider forms of therapeutic assistance recommended by their own medical doctor or licensed health professional.

Similarly, Alfred Heath continuously endeavors to apply his education, advanced training and experience to the best of his ability in a manner that provides a high standard of care, professional consulting and training to all customers, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, gender or sexual identity, and in a manner that is respectful, equitable, and inclusive. All services will be made accessible to people of varying levels of ability to the degree they can reasonably be modified as needed.

Alfred Heath is not responsible for the statements or actions of any other person who makes reference to Be Set Free Fast, or to any of the methods or methodologies they reference in this regard. Any person seeking a consultation with a practitioner of any form of holistic, complementary, or alternative healing including energy healing, energy medicine, energy psychology, mindbody approaches, or transpersonal counseling or psychotherapy should satisfy him/herself that the practitioner in question is suitably qualified for the purpose of the professional interaction.

By agreeing to engage in BSFF sessions with Alfred Heath, MA, LPC, you agree to the following:

 

“I acknowledge and agree that any accounts, opinions, suggestions, or examples given by Alfred Heath MA, LPC (hereafter named “this Practitioner/Coach/Consultant/ Trainer”) in reference to Be Set Free Fast or any other psychological, counseling, holistic or complementary intervention or practice do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or prediction regarding the outcome of one or a series of sessions.

"Further, I understand that this Practitioner/Coach/Consultant/ Trainer offers no expressed  warranty, guarantee, or prediction regarding the outcome for his professional facilitation of BSFF with me or my use of BSFF on my own as a self-help tool. This Practitioner/Coach/Consultant/ Trainer also accepts no responsibility or liability for use or misuse of the information contained in BSFF instructional and psychoeducational materials."

 

By accessing or utilizing these services or educational and informational materials, I agree to fully release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alfred Heath MA, LPC from any claim or liability whatsoever and for any damage or injury of whatsoever nature, which I may incur, or anyone I share this information with may incur, arising at any time believed to be out of or in relation to my use of it. I understand that this Practitioner/Coach/Consultant/Trainer strongly advises that I seek professional advice as appropriate before following or implementing any protocols or opinion expressed in BSFF educational or training materials before making any personal health decision regarding a diagnosed or diagnosable condition.
